Coaching is a way of helping you to maximise your potential. It can help you to achieve your personal and professional goals.

Through coaching we will focus on what you want, then develop a plan of action which is SMART (specific, measurable, realistic and time framed), and which will ultimately help you to achieve your goals.

Coaching can help you, for example, to:

  • Get that promotion or new job
  • Gain the confidence and skills to get back into work or to change career direction
  • Perform well at interview
  • Make positive changes in your personal life
  • Lose weight
  • Improve your wellbeing

Since coaching is about achieving specific goals, we agree a specific number of sessions at the start. Coaching tends to be relatively short term. As with counselling, each coaching sessions last for fifty minutes.
